Position OverviewAs a Remote Virtual Assistant at GreenTown Production, youâll provide administrative and operational support to our leadership and project teams. Youâll help manage schedules, organize communications, coordinate projects, and ensure that day-to-day business operations run smoothly â all while working remotely.
This role is ideal for highly organized, self-motivated individuals who excel at managing multiple tasks, maintaining structure, and supporting others efficiently. Veterans with experience in logistics, administration, or operational planning will find this position to be a natural fit.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage and organize calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate virtual appointments.
Handle email management, draft communications, and maintain professional correspondence.
Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
Track deadlines, follow up on tasks, and support ongoing projects.
Maintain accurate records and update company databases as needed.
Assist with document preparation, data entry, and information management.
Support the onboarding of new team members and coordinate administrative processes.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in an operations/logistics support role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and online collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Trello, or Asana).
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
Dependable, proactive, and mission-focused mindset.
Military background in administrative, logistics, operations, or leadership roles.
Experience supporting executives or teams remotely.
Familiarity with sustainability or environmental industries (a plus, not required).
Discipline: Consistent, structured, and accountable in all tasks.
Organization: Keeps projects, schedules, and communications well-coordinated.
Initiative: Anticipates needs and takes action before being asked.
Adaptability: Adjusts easily to changing priorities or tools.
