Join to apply for the Video Editor & Producer role at True Classic True Classic is looking for a highly skilled Video Editor & Producer to join our in-house creative team. This hybrid role combines expert-level editing with hands-on production support. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills across editing, lighting, sound, and production workflows, along with the organizational chops to manage assets and deliver polished, high‑performing creative. Note: This is an onsite role, based at our Calabasas, CA headquarters, 5x per week. Areas of Accountability Own the full post‑production process—editing, color correction, sound mixing, and final delivery. Maintain organized media libraries, manage file systems, and streamline post workflows. Develop and apply motion graphic assets to elevate storytelling. Select and sync music, sound design, and voiceovers that enhance emotional impact. Ideate and execute original video concepts aligned with campaign and brand strategies. Manage small‑scale shoots: lighting, audio, camera setup, and on‑set coordination. Partner with the creative, marketing, and product teams to deliver content on time and within scope. Support on‑set producing, logistics, and production needs as required. Requirements 3+ years of professional video editing experience—ideally within DTC, e‑commerce, or agency environments. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop). Deep understanding of lighting, audio, and video production workflows. Strong visual and editorial judgment, with an eye for pacing and story. Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. A proactive, collaborative mindset—comfortable switching between independent execution and team production.
