Strong in Agile methodologies – scrum / Kanban principles; estimation techniques, velocity improvements and technicality guidance to team, version control to be handled properly within Team (deployments) and status report or any steering / management report tracking and presenting.
Possess a strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and methodologies (agile, Waterfall, etc.)
Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
Estimate scope and complexity.
Review and validate technical feasibility.
Stay current with latest software development trends and technologies.
Agile delivery, stakeholder management, technical scoping, compliance tracking.
Project Management-Lead PA level project planning, tracking, and ongoing communication-Ability to lead multiple projects-Develop and implement strategy for the program team, including developing a robust risk mitigation plan-Manage project documentation and reportsTeam Leadership / Resource Management:
Own and maintain team metrics reporting on talent type, project workload, risks & priorities-Manage human resource capacity planning & ongoing review calendar, communicate out to leadership-Devise and lead team working mechanics, processes, and rhythm Stakeholder Management & Communication.
Define and agree with stakeholders on business objectives and build strong relationships at board level-Clearly communication project goals, objectives, and expectations to all stakeholders-Manage client expectations and effectively address concerns
