Job Description Schedule: Monday - Friday  No weekends or holidays!   **Must complete three months of on-site training prior to transitioning to hybrid work from home schedule; Must also be available to come on-site for monthly clinic meetings. Must be available to come on-site 1-2 days per week.   Our Primary Care Nurse is a newly created role for the clinics. In this position the nurse will work closely with the Providers and manage triage calls/messages for the clinic.
