At SAS, where you start doesn't have to be where you end; and there is ample opportunity for internal career mobility. Whether you're looking to grow a new skill or experience a new role, there's no time like the present to take the next step and we're here to support you in your journey.

About the job

The Global Health and Life Sciences Customer Advisory team is seeking a strategic and relationship-driven Platinum Customer Advisory (CA) Consultant to support up to two high-value platinum accounts. In this role, you will act as the primary advisor and orchestrator, working closely with the Global Account Director, local Account Executives, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful engagement and account growth. You will develop deep knowledge of each customer's business processes, establish trusted relationships across their value chain, and identify opportunities to bring in the right experts-including industry, technology, analytics, CA, GTP, and SAS specialists-as needed. Leveraging your industry expertise, you will support execution excellence through tools such as Revegy (including white space analysis and relationship mapping), contribute to Starburst initiatives, and assist with strategic account review sessions. This role requires a proactive approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to build long-term relationships with key stakeholders within complex customer environments.

As a Platinum Customer Advisory Consultant - USA, you will:

  • Conduct technical workshops, demos, and proofs of concept that emphasize business value and ROI.
  • Drive adoption and optimization of deployed SAS solutions to maximize business outcomes.
  • Proactively identify and resolve risks to ensure smooth implementation and long-term success.
