Digital Marketing Strategist

Serves a critical role in the execution of digital marketing strategies that promote the mission, vision, values and winning propositions of Heritage Christian Services, and its service lines and community programs.

Pay for this position: $33.63 / hr - $38 / hr

The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. The above range represents the organization's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.

Responsibilities

1. Creates and manages digital plans for internal clients and tracks trends, performance and cost-efficiency and makes improvements.
2. Serves as a key or primary contact for agency partners, following, prompting and monitoring tasks plus tracking partner performance.
3. Responsible for the agency's branding and performance on all digital outlets including review sites, online job boards, etc.
4. Handles online listening, monitoring and responses.
5. Generates content targeting key audiences with motivators and clear calls to action, including social media
6. Works with other agency staffs on digital marketing strategies for staffing recruitment, charitable support, child care and more, which includes platforms for jobs, giving, etc.
7. Supports agency-wide activities, which include creating content for photography/videos, website pages, blogs, scripts and more.
8. Conducts research and interviews to leverage the power of storytelling.
9. Handles administrative tasks and other duties as assigned, including involvement in project teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications preferred with 5+ years of field related experience
• Demonstrable experience in Google platforms like Analytics and AdWords, social media and other platforms
• Knowledge in Google Analytics and paid campaign set-up
• Exemplary skills in research, interviewing, copy writing and editing; photograph and video production is a plus
• A valid driver's license, aligned with Heritage Christian's motor vehicle record standards, and reliable transportation
