I’m partnering with my client to identify a strategic HR Manager to drive organizational effectiveness and develop talent. The role involves leading HR initiatives, mentoring HR Generalists, and partnering with leadership to strengthen workforce capability and business performance.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s in HR, Business, or related field
* 5+ years of HR experience (labor relations, recruiting, talent development)
