Location: Fort Morgan, CO

Pay: $90,000 – $105,000 annually

Job Description:

The HR Manager will oversee core human resources functions. This position serves as a partner to leadership and a trusted resource for employees, ensuring a positive workplace culture and consistent application of policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain HRIS data and personnel records with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Serve as the point of contact for benefits questions and manage benefits administration.
• Oversee leave of absence processes and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
• Support onboarding, orientation, and employee relations activities.
• Assist with recruitment and seasonal hiring as needed.
• Other HR duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of HR experience.
• Strong employee relations and compliance background.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Additional Details:

• Schedule: Full-time, 100% on-site. Standard business hours.
