Overview Dispensary General Manager (Cannabis Industry). Our client seeks an experienced General Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of their dispensary. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance, driving profitability, and creating an exceptional experience for customers and staff. As General Manager, you’ll oversee all departments, manage a team of 20+, and set the standard for operational excellence—from sales and inventory accuracy to customer service and compliance.
