Job Description:
This role will be based at a 250-person chemical and food additives manufacturing facility located near Lafayette, IN. You will be a member of a process engineering team doing small capital projects, process optimization and some day-to-day support. The parent company has several facilities throughout the United States and there is a defined advancement plant. The bonus target for this role starts at 5% and within 1-3 years, depending on performance, you will be promoted to a Senior Process Engineer role that has a bonus target of 20%. This company has an excellent relocation policy as well, providing for moving costs, the costs of breaking a lease or selling and home, and a house-hunting trip to the area.
Minimum Requirements:

• B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering is required
• 5+ years of post-college of in plant experience out food, chemicals, resins
• Previous PSM experience is nice-to-have, not must-have
