Job Description

Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking Assemblers to join their team. As an Assembler, you will be part of the production department supporting the assembly of small motors. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to perform light lifting, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembler

Location: Dothan, AL

Pay Range: $15 per hour

What's the Job?

• Assemble small motors with precision and care.
• Perform light lifting as required during the assembly process.
• Work primarily in a seated position within a climate-controlled environment.
• 2nd shift available
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace.
• Complete tasks efficiently while meeting production deadlines.

What's Needed?

• High School diploma or GED.
• Previous assembly experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to pay attention to detail and follow instructions.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed (1-2 hours each shift).
• Availability to work Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays.
